Mark Zemeir

Mark has been working in the financial services industry since 1991, including 27 years with T. Rowe Price, a global investment management firm with over $1 Trillion of assets under management. Mark was the Head of the Internal Audit team at T. Rowe for the last nine years of his career. Mark left T Rowe in 2018 and began a second career as a financial consultant with a focus on helping people achieve their financial goals. Mark works with clients to create plans to:

Accumulate and grow their assets.
Mitigate their tax liabilities.
Ensure that they don’t outlive their retirement assets; and
Protect them from calamitous events – accidents, illness, and death.

Mark, a CPA, obtained his undergraduate degree from Fairfield University and his MBA from Loyola University. Mark is an avid golfer and enjoys travelling with his wife Annette.

Frank Loys

Frank started his financial career in 1978 with Southwestern Life Insurance. He spent several years as one of the top producers before being promoted to management. As one of the leaders on the team, he spent years managing and training leading producers. Frank was later approached by an independent finance and benefits planning firm, where he became the agency manager.

For over 10 years, Frank established himself as a leader before an opportunity presented itself to start an insurance division from the ground up with Provident Bank and Investment Center. Frank helped grow the insurance division to become one of the top producing agencies for insurance carriers on the East Coast. Provident decided to sell the division to M & T Bank, where Frank joined the management team the Bethesda and Fairfax, Virginia agencies. After 10 years, Frank joined Worthington Financial partners to expand the agency. His work and experience over the years showed him the lack of options for long-term healthcare assistance and asset protection for men and women over 50 years. With this knowledge in mind, Frank started Valley Financial to provide reliable financial and retirement consulting for older individuals.

Frank loves to golf and live in Ellicott City with his wife Sandy and their family of English bulldogs.
